Schedule of enrollment, intervention, and assessments (SPIRIT figure). Patients with frequent PVC were randomized into sham (no chronic LLTS) and active (chronic LLTS) groups. Ten days of continuous ECG monitoring at baseline and 3 and 6 months was performed to calculate PVC burden before and after LLTS treatment. In addition, 1 min of ECG, treatment compliance, 36SF questionnaire, SKNA, and blood samples were collected at baseline and 3- and 6-month follow-up visits. ECG indicates electrocardiogram, LLTS low-level tragus stimulation, PVC premature ventricular complexes, SKNA skin sympathetic nerve activity
