  2. 1 N = 15 randomisations did not view the audit report to the end, and a further N = 113 randomisations viewed the audit report to the end but did not complete the subsequent questionnaire, resulting in a total N = 128 randomisations without a completed response to the questionnaire
  3. 2 N = 961 included in secondary analysis population (all randomisations minus those completing the questionnaire in < 20 seconds), sensitivity analysis using this population was conducted on complete data, thus comprising N = 833 randomisations with completed questionnaires
