  1. aThe denominator for the number of responses for each aspect of clinical trial implementation varies and is a subset of the 47 total responses. Participants were asked to select all aspects of trial implementation for which a guidebook on lessons learned/best practices they thought would be the most beneficial for trial sites. For each aspect selected, they were then asked to list up to three challenges and best practices/lessons learned but not every respondent listed challenges and/or best practices/lessons learned. Responses were categorized by theme, and the table captures the number of responses that fit within the three cross-cutting themes
