Differences in changes in pain in the neck and shoulder region at 8 weeks’ follow-up.

(i) Differences in changes in pain in the neck and shoulder region at 4 and 12 weeks’ follow-up.

 

(ii) Differences in changes in the pain free active range of movement in the neck and shoulder region at 4-, 8- and 12-week follow-up.

 

(iii) Differences in changes in quality of life with regard to activities of daily living, occupation and social activities with family and friends at 4, 8 and 12 weeks’ follow-up.

 

(iv) To determine how patients in the three intervention groups feel about the effects of meditation on pain, physical and social disability with regard to activities of daily living, occupation and social activities with family and friends at 8 weeks’ follow-up.
