Study design overview. The diagram shows the flow of the patients after enrolment and randomization in the active or the placebo group. Subjects in the active group will receive a sugar-free rusk-like biscuit powder with hen´s egg, cow’s milk, peanut, and hazelnut, while subjects in the placebo group will receive a sugar-free rusk-like biscuit powder without these allergens. After 6 months of intervention, we will check for sensitization against hen’s egg, cow’s milk, hazelnut, and peanut. All sensitized subjects will receive the study product until they will undergo an oral food challenge against the corresponding foods, while in the non-sensitized infants the intervention will be stopped
