Cluster randomized trial study design. The CSBs, randomly allocated between intervention and non-intervention, represent the randomization units. At the 5th or 6th month of pregnancy (T0), women will be enrolled in the study and consent for their children will be asked. At T0 and 9 (T3) and 24 (T4) months after birth, urine samples will be collected. At delivery (T2), children will formally become part of the study
