Symptom duration > 3 months | Rheumatoid arthritis or other condition requiring continuous oral corticosteroids |
Previous history of surgery or injection in the affected ray | |
Dupuytren’s disease of the affected hand | |
Alcohol or drug abuse | |
Mental instability |
