Flow chart of the trial. The present study is a randomized controlled Anesthesiology trial. Three hundred thirty LT participants will be included and randomized equally to two groups. After surgery, each participant will be followed up. Whether DEX can reduce the incidence of early postoperative EAD and PNF and even improve the postoperative survival and outcome of orthotopic liver transplantation recipients will be analyzed after data collection
