Organisational structure of the Kanyini GAP study. Kanyini GAP was conducted in 33 sites across urban, rural and remote Australia and recruited 623 patients through 12 Indigenous health services and 21 private general practices. There was one central coordinating centre based in Sydney and two regional coordinating centres based in Alice Springs and Victoria, which recruited and coordinated the sites in NSW, Queensland, Victoria and the Northern Territory. Each ‘site’ included either a general practice clinic or an Indigenous health service and 1–3 community pharmacies
