  1. The nutritional content of the FB recipes was analysed by the Primary Researcher using the nutritional software package, Diet Plan 6
  2. Fortisip bottle and Fortisip compact are manufactured by Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition and were provided by Nutricia for use within the first 3 months of the intervention duration. Nutriplen is manufactured by Nualtra Ltd and was provided by Nualtra for the second 3 months of the intervention duration. The ONS did not incur a cost to the care home GP practice in this trial but would do so within usual care
