Encourage mothers to receive four ANC visits, facility delivery, PNC within 48 hours, at 7 days, and at 6 weeks

Health service providers who routinely provide MNCH at health facility, community, or home: doctor, midwife, nurse, CHO, and CHN

Women in prepartum/postpartum period who come to the health facility located in the intervention arm for ANC, delivery, and PNC
