Steps leading to the final 1086:1106 split in symptomatic seroprevalence between treatment and control groups. Each circle shows how much greater or lower the transition rate is in the treatment group vs the control group (e.g., in the second step, 7.5% is 12.0% less than 8.5%), along with the statistical significance of this difference in Wilcoxon signed rank tests applied to the data at the level of treatment/control village pairs. We begin with 286 villages (rather than 300) because data was not released for 14 of the 300 village pairs
