Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

(a) Evidence of a stroke without involvement of the cerebellum at least 6 months prior to enrollment

(a) Orthopedic conditions of either the less affected or affected wrist

(b) FMUE score between 23 and 38

(b) An MMSE score lower than 21

(c) 0 through 3 in wrist flexion and wrist extension on the Modified Ashworth Scale

(c) A stroke in the cerebellum

(d) Individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the ability to consent.

(d) History of epilepsy, seizures, or convulsions

(e) Ringing in ears

(f) Presence of cochlear implant

(g) Presence of pacemaker or neurostimulator

(h) History of persistent headaches

(i) Metal implant or fragments of metal in head or neck area

(j) Presence of other neurological conditions including PD or CP

(k) History of head trauma or concussion with loss of consciousness

(l) Received Botox in the affected UE within the past 6 months

(m) Metastatic cancer

(n) Prisoners, children, or pregnant women

(o) Individuals under the age of 18

(p) Any adult unable to consent
