On the back, under the spinous process of the 2nd lumbar vertebra, 1.5 cun beside the posterior midline

Hegu (LI4)

Between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones

Zusanli (ST36)

3 cun directly below Dubi, and one finger-breadth lateral to the anterior border of the tibia

Sanyinjiao (SP6)

Posterior to the mesial border of the tibia, and 3 cun above the tip of the medial malleolus

Taichong (LR3)

In the depression anterior to the junction of 1st and 2nd metatarsal bones
