HA380 hemoperfutor setup in the CPB circuit. Venous blood first enters the venous reservoir, where it subsequently flows into the oxygenator with a driving force from a roller pump. After oxygenation, the majority of the oxygenated blood goes into the arterial circulation for perfusion, roughly 700 ml/min (14–18%) goes through the hemoperfusion device HA380 for hemofiltration. The filtered blood then returns to the venous reservoir and mixes with the venous blood. No other additional equipment is required
