Age > 18 years

Patients receiving corticosteroids, anti-inflammatory, and/or immunosuppressive medications

Written informed consent

Reoperation of cardiac surgery

Scheduled procedure

Asthma carrier, COPD, autoimmune diseases

Cardiac surgery with CPB of coronary artery bypass graft

Inclusion in other randomized controlled studies

Emergency operation

Unstable angina

Pregnancy

Acute myocardial infarction (< 1 month)

Morbid obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m²)

Cardiac, hepatic, and/or renal decompensated insufficiency clinically proven
