Study schedule. 1 TS: the 1st treatment during the first 10 days. 2 TS: the 2nd treatment during the second 10 days. 3 TS: the 3rd treatment during the third 10 days. 12 weeks: the first follow-up period from baseline. 24 weeks: the second follow-up period from baseline. All outcomes will be assessed at baseline, the end of 2 TS, and end of 3TS during treatment
