Representation of the service utilization monitoring box at the health center. The individual folder for the mother with a list of services completed for that specific visit will be placed in the correct compartment; when the mother attends for a subsequent service her folder will be transferred to the next compartment, but when a mother does not attend her folder will remain in the previous compartment.
