Contractor code, type of pharmacy (independent/chain), total number of staff (both full-time and part-time), number of stop smoking advisors, number of pharmacy support staff. The study team also obtain the number of prescriptions dispensed monthly for each participating pharmacy from the Pharmacy and Appliance Contractor Dispensing data report (publicly available) [23]
