2. Managing stress: problem-solving

3. Helpful thoughts

Stress occurs in the head — why thoughts play a role. Relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behavior. My helpful thoughts and feelings — my hindering thoughts and feelings. How can I change my thoughts and expectations?

4. Time to chill out and relax

What happens in the body during relaxation? What possibilities for balance and recreation are there? What are relaxation methods?

5. Upward spirals of positive emotions

Spiral of emotions — up or down? What is the spiral of positive emotions? What makes me feel good? How can I influence my emotions? What do positive feelings and stress management have in common?

6. Seek support and talk
