< 1.5 | 1. Delay for 1 week and repeat the blood cell count at 28 days 2. If absolute neutrophil count (ANC) is more than 1.5 × 109/L, continue to use full dose chemotherapy without G-CSF 3. If ANC < 1.5 × 109/L, consider adding G-CSF for 7 days on day 28 ● Blood count on day 35 ● If ANC is more than 1.5 × 109/L, continue to use full dose chemotherapy 4. In follow-up cycles consider using G-CSF 5. If the patient fails to recover at 35 days (ANC < 1.5 × 109/L), terminate chemotherapy |
