1. For first-time febrile neutropenia or infection, G-CSF should be added to all subsequent cycles

2. If the attack is repeated, the patient will maintain ciprofloxacin and G-CSF treatment; in addition, the paclitaxel dose will decrease from 75 mg/m2 to 60 mg/m2 in the follow-up cycle
