  1. Demographic data will be collected from all participant groups. All clients will be asked to provide their age, gender, education, and diabetes history (duration, family history). Clients and family caregivers will also be asked to provide household income, marital status, and comorbid health conditions. Caregivers will be asked to provide their employment status and ethnic back ground. Interventionists will be asked about the number of years working in their field and the number of years in their current role
