Owing to retrospective type of analysis or insufficient data, the following criteria were not applicable: finding of non-obstructive coronary artery disease, unsuitable coronary anatomy, pregnancy, patients with an estimated glomerular filtration rate of 30–59 who were likely to have significant unprotected left main stenosis, inability to comply with the ISCHEMIA protocol, very dissatisfied with medical treatment, ischemic stroke within 6-months, history of non-compliance
