Flow chart of study-related procedures and measurements. Patients and/or caregiver may decline initiation blood work and urine samples and still participate. Postoperatively, urine will only be collected at PICU admission if it was not collected in the operating room. Participants with isolated postoperative hypercalciuria will only have renal ultrasound at the request of nephrology.
