The Stroke Oxygen Supplementation Study (SO 2 S) flowchart. The SO2S randomizes stroke patients to one of three treatment groups, nocturnal oxygen for three nights, continuous oxygen for 72 hours or no oxygen. Patients are then followed-up at one-week, three, six and twelve months post randomization.
