  1. Teachers can exercise flexibility by incorporating the introduction and yogic philosophy into the check in, beginning relaxation, and/or breathing exercises. Some elements can be combined such as the relaxation and breathing exercises. The poems and readings at the end of the yoga instructor manual can be used throughout the class to support the particular themes and yogic philosophy for that week.
