  1. Sixty ICR mice, which were divided into five groups, were used in the acute-toxic test. The mice weighed 18 to 22 g. The drug was dissolved with distilled water and administered 20 ml/kg orally. The details about dosage were as follows: 75 g/kg, 37.5 g/kg, 19.25 g/kg, 9.625 g/kg, and 4.8125 g/kg. The dosages equaled 300, 150, 75, 37.5, and 19.75 times of clinical dosage. Untoward reaction did not be observed after mice were administered the drug. Administered drug 7 days later, no one died. The weight of mice was listed as Table 2.
