Inclusion criteria

Age between 18 and 67

Understand and speak a Scandinavian language

Fulfill the DSM-V criteria for schizophrenia spectrum disorder (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and schizophreniform disorder)

Exclusion criteria

Pregnancy

Chest pain during exercise

Unstable angina pectoris

Recent myocardial infarction

Uncontrollable cardiac arrhythmia

Severe hypertension (>180/110 mmHg)

Comorbid diagnosis of mild mental retardation

Medical conditions incompatible with participation
